Shipping Policy

We aim to get your kit to you as quickly as possible so you can get out on the road. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship nationwide across South Africa via The Courier Guy.

• Delivery Time: You can expect your order within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

• Shipping Cost: Flat rate R120 on all orders.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your delivery directly through The Courier Guy’s tracking portal.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and that someone will be available to receive the parcel during business hours (8 am – 5 pm). We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes; a physical street address is required for courier delivery.

5. Damages

Shade is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within South Africa.
