Refunds & Returns
We built Shade to be the best-fitting, most reliable kit you’ve ever owned. But we get it—sometimes things aren't a perfect match.
The Basics

You have 14 days from the date you receive your glasses to decide if they’re for you.

To be eligible for a return, your glasses must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, scratch-free, and in the original packaging (case and box included). If they’ve been used as a chew toy for your dog or dropped on the tarmac, we can’t take them back.
How to start a return
If you need to send them back, drop us an email at devin@shadesunnies.com with your order number. Once we’ve confirmed the return, you’ll need to post them back to us.

Note: Unless the item is faulty, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. We’re a small team, not a global giant, so we appreciate your understanding.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order the moment it arrives. If the frames are defective, damaged, or we’ve sent you the wrong thing by mistake, get in touch immediately so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved. If it is, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment.
